Pantech GU1100

I purchased a pantech GU1100 and it has a problem at the moment.The problem is that each time i put it on,it writes RECOVERING on the screen and uptill date it is yet to finish recovering.I took it to a repairing unit and they requested for its software.I then Checked the package of the phone but all i could see is a downloading software.I take it to them and they said it is not the one they needed because it is just a downloading software i.e to dowload musics and videos on it.
Pls,help me out on this by sending the repairing software to me or if it is to be downloaded on my computer then you send it to my mail box.
I would be very grateful if my request is given attention and granted.Bye and take care.
